PAYMENT TERMS

CASH DISCOUNT
|
|
| Full payment is due at time of order. Prices are listed on this website for printing and production. |
Customers may send a check as payment for order. There is a 2% cash discount for orders when checks are remitted for the full amount. The cash discount does not include credit card payments. |

|
OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS
|
|
| As long as payment is made in full, there will be no charge for overruns. There is a possible 10% margin for overruns and underruns which all orders are subject to. |

OPEN ACCOUNTS

FOREIGN ACCOUNTS
|
|
| PostCardusa will not establish an open account with any order. Payment must be made in full. Questions about payment may be directed to info@postcardusa.net. |
PostCardusa accepts foreign accounts. Orders from foreign accounts are subject to the same policies as domestic accounts. Payment must be received in U.S. dollars at or through a U.S. bank. The current exchange rate at time of transaction will be used to calculate amount. |

HOLD ORDERS
|
|
| Orders may be placed on hold by the customer. If there is no contact within a reasonable amount of time after the order is put on hold, the order will be cancelled. The customer is responsible for charges incurred during this time. |
SALES TAX
|
|
| PostCardusa applies sales tax to Florida (USA) customers. Please contact us if you qualify for tax exempt status and provide mandatory proper documentation. |
|
|
SHIPPING
|
POTOGRAPHY CHARGES
|
|
| All orders are shipped freight collect. All charges associated with shipping will be billed to the customer. Any late charges or holding charges will be the customer's responsibility. A general guide for post card and business card shipping weights has been provided. |
PostCardusa does not charge for the use of photographs on hand. We do not assume responsibility for charges incurred from another source for photography or any other artwork. |

COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
|
|
|
REPRINT CHARGES
|
PostCardusa will not use or print any material or artwork that we do not have permission from the copyright holder for. Written permission from the copyright holder may be necessary in some instances. |
|
| Charges for reprints are less than first time printing/design charges. Contact us for reprint information. |
|
|
RETURNING MATERIAL
|
APPROVAL
|
|
| Materials sent to PostCardusa by the customers will be returned to the customer upon completion of job. This includes slides, photographic prints, negatives, disks, and any other artwork or materials that the customer requests to be returned. PostCardusa does not accept responsibility for damage incurred to any materials sent to and from the customer through any form of shipping. |
Customer must sign and date all proofs unless otherwise indicated before work can be sent to printer. Approval for work may be taken over the phone by PostCardusa and will be documented. Work that does not have customer signature (is not approved by customer) will not be sent to printer and will be held at our offices until approval is given. |

PROOF CORRECTIONS

CONTENT
|
|
| Changes requested by the customer must be indicated on the proof(s) sent to the customer, and the proof(s) must be signed and dated. The artwork may not be changed if customer approves proof(s) as is and requests to alter file after full approval. If proof(s) sent to customer are not signed and dated, work on the job will not proceed. A signed proof must be received in order for work to be performed. |
